User Research Summary – Leeds Food Aid Network
We conducted user research using several methods to evaluate the usability and experience of the Leeds Food Aid Network website.
- Usability Testing: Participants were asked to find support services and contact pages. Most succeeded but were slowed down by the information-heavy layout.
- Journey Mapping: Users often started at the homepage and scrolled heavily, sometimes missing key navigation links.
- Focus Groups: Group members discussed visual clutter and suggested clearer visual hierarchy and simplified navigation.
